Intellectual Property:
As all PNG images on ClickPNG are contributed by network users for sharing (either self-designed or extracted from unknown users' JPG files), ClickPNG does not have sufficient monitoring capabilities to review every picture for potential infringement or other issues. Users should consciously comply with copyright laws and relevant regulations and refrain from infringing upon the legal rights of this site and other rights holders. In case of any losses to ClickPNG or any third parties due to infringement, the responsible user shall bear full responsibility.
ClickPNG complies with 17 U.S.C. ยง512 and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). Our policy is to respond to infringement notices and take appropriate actions under the DMCA and other applicable intellectual property laws. Since all of ClickPNG's content is user-submitted, some may inevitably belong to others. We strive to respect copyright law, so if you own the rights to an image on the site, you can contact us at ClickPNG.com(at)gmail.com with details to have the relevant images removed. We can also add you to an upload blacklist to prevent future occurrences.
ClickPNG encourages users to report copyright infringements with sufficient evidence. Upon receipt of an infringement allegation and valid copyright documents, ClickPNG will investigate, and confirmed infringing works will be removed within a few days.
Without ClickPNG's permission, no one can use ClickPNG to copy or imitate the site or establish a mirror on a non-ClickPNG server.
